WTF? I can't walk well today as my quads are totally shot. My glutes and hamstrings, too, but you can't tell that until I sit down. ouch. Woke up at 2:30 and finally fell asleep before my alarm went off at 4:45. I texted Lauren that I couldn't walk. My running reminder on my phone went off at 5:25 and then 5:30 then Lauren texted me back at 5:33, annoyed. I'm so bad. Shooting for one thirty now.
Attending Terry Heffner's Surviving the Market presentation, giving much more thought to Home Tending business (ughh- the liability!) and then lunch with JJ Astorkia and Melissa at 11:45 at Jenny's Lunch line (mmmm..) then run, then back to work getting MLS and advertising squared. Maybe John will pick up the kids?
BTW, Barak Obama and I are fourth cousins- facebook has just notified me of this nice fact.
